Phillip has spent his career at the intersection of finance, systems, and operations. After earning his undergraduate degree from Samford University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama, he began in public accounting before moving into real estate and investment management roles. Over time, he progressed from staff accountant to CFO-level leadership, working with organizations ranging from small entrepreneurial businesses to large institutional firms managing billions in assets. Across every role, Phillip developed a reputation not just for strong financial oversight, but for identifying inefficiencies and redesigning processes using technology, automation, and better systems.
Before founding LAUNCH, Phillip served as CFO of a rapidly growing exotic & collector vehicle dealership, where he helped scale the business significantly by building financial infrastructure, designing custom systems, and improving access to capital. That experience—combined with prior years of working across accounting, ERP systems, and operational design—shaped the vision for LAUNCH. Today, Phillip partners with business owners as a fractional CFO and systems advisor, helping them move beyond basic bookkeeping to gain clarity, improve decision-making, and build scalable, efficient operations. His approach is simple: combine financial insight with the right systems so businesses can run smarter, grow faster, and operate with confidence.
